Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Our estimated processing time is 2 (two) business days. Once shipped, the delivery time will depend on the destination address. Please note that unexpected circumstances or customs clearance may affect delivery times.
Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within Japan only. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order, the destination, and the selected shipping method. The shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout before completing your purchase. The below table provides a guide price for standard shipping charges under 10kg.
Orders in excess of ¥10,000 will be charged at a discounted flat fee of ¥1,000, except for Okinawa, which will receive a discount of ¥1,000.

Order Tracking

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or inability to access the delivery location, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
